Overview
This luxury property is located within walking distance from the medieval town of Panzano, in the heart of Chianti, perfectly positioned between Florence and Siena. Many more interesting sites, such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, and Greve in Chianti, are within short driving distance. The estate where Villa Fleda is built includes also Villa Erinda which can be booked separately or together as an 11-bedroom accommodation. In addition, a newer villa close-by will soon be available to rent.
The greatly and tastefully decorated interiors of Villa Fleda show a mix of contemporary and classical elements that creates a timeless elegance with a fresh touch. The monochromatic grey/beige palette combined with distressed and natural wood generates a suiting welcoming atmosphere, the perfect stage to unwind and relax.
On the lower floor is a mosaic-tiled heated pool with hydro-jets, waterfalls and panoramic window facing the vineyards. There is also a shower. On the ground floor is a fully equipped modern galley kitchen adjacent to the dining area that can comfortably sit up to 10 guests. This room opens onto an outdoor patio complete with al fresco dining facilities. On the first floor is a spacious open-plan living room with several areas separated by beautiful brick arches. A small kitchenette is available for quick snacks. The second floor includes a small living room.
Fleda boasts an expansive manicured and panoramic garden which includes a private infinity-edge plunge pool and pergola where you can dine al fresco with views of the scenic vineyards. Also here is an off-ground swimming pool and a stunning outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ.

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
